I am so thankful to have found Scottsdale Therapeutic and Sports Massage! Allison Carmody, LMT really applied her excellent deep tissue massage techniques to the areas where I have been in pain for a very long time. My issues stem from years of having cervical bulging discs, two previous lower back surgeries and from sitting approximately nine hours a day at a computer. I am incorporating Allison’s deep tissue massage into my extremely busy schedule twice per month to promote healing and well being! Thank you Allison so very much!

I had asked for a deep tissue massage to break up the scare tissue in my arms from tennis elbow. After working on my arms, she also found issues with my left knee that had been bothering me.
